I’ve been spending a lot of time working on my Nevada Bar Application. What kind of these do I have to include?
- where I’ve lived for the past 10 years
- employment and unemployment for the past 10 years
- any criminal convictions (including traffic violations)
- outstanding student loans
- references
- information regarding any organizations I’ve belonged to that advocate for the violent overthrow of the government
- any substance abuse
- and much, much, much more
The deadline is to have the whole thing together and postmarked by March 1. I’m hoping to get all the records from various DMVs and other information in time. If not, late fee.
Sounds like the National Agency Check (NAC) that I had to fill out for my security clearance in the Army. Word of advice, once you compile all this information keep it some place safe. May come in handy at some point in the future.
